§ 94-273. Commercial vehicles and trucks prohibited from parking on certain designated streets.

(a)

When signs are erected giving notice thereof, commercial vehicles or trucks are prohibited from parking, except to load or unload, on the streets or parts of streets described in schedule XI (section 94-181).

(b)

Any person convicted of violating this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50.00 and not more than $750.00 for each offense.
