§ 94-254. Unlawful use of disabled parking decals or registration plates.

Any person not authorized by section 94-252 of this Code or Sections 3-616 or 11-1301.2 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/3-616 or 625 ILCS 5/11-1301.2), who possesses, displays or uses a disabled parking decal, a disabled parking identification card, or special registration plates, shall upon conviction be fined $500.00.
