§ 94-253. Tow away zone.

If any motor vehicle, trailer, or other equipment is parked or stored in violation of subsection 94-251(a)(1)n, (a)(1)t or (a)(2)b or subsection 94-252(c) or subsection 94-260(d), the department of police shall be authorized to remove such motor vehicle, trailer or other equipment in accordance with the procedure for removal of tow away zone obstruction vehicles as set forth in division 7 of this article.
